Overview

Kernal builds conversion-first websites, e-commerce experiences, and internal tools. Every project starts with a short call to confirm fit and scope.

Starting a project

After the call, we send a written scope summary and a fixed quote. Work begins once you confirm the scope in writing and the initial payment is received.

Pricing and payments

We do not take payments on this website. Payments are handled off-site via bank transfer. Standard structure is 50% upfront to start work and 50% due on handoff before final deliverables are transferred.

Scope and revisions

Scope is defined by the written agreement. One focused revision round is included. Additional revisions or new features are quoted separately.

Timeline and responsiveness

We share an estimated schedule after scope is confirmed. Delays caused by missing access, assets, or feedback may pause the schedule until inputs are provided.

Deliverables and ownership

On final payment, you receive the agreed deliverables, including source files or repo access if applicable. You own the delivered work once paid in full.

Support and bug fixes

A 30-day bug-fix window starts at handoff. Bug fixes cover issues where the delivered build does not match the agreed functionality or breaks under normal use. New features or changes are not included.

Cancellations and refunds

Before work begins: if you cancel before the project starts, no payment is due. During active work: any refund is prorated based on completed milestones and delivered assets. After handoff: refunds are not available once final deliverables are handed off.
